Upside Down Chicken

oh yes this came out really good, juicy and moist.
I used a dry herb rub that has lavender, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and lot of other great spices in it. BUt like a moron, I put the chicken in UPSIDE DOWN!!! ahha

the skin was crispy on top ,and the chicken breasts were very moist!

I cut up some hearty vegetables added some chopped garlic, and put it all together in a cast iron skillet, in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours @ 350* degree oven.

sooo goood!!!

thanks for the question! I used a dry herb rub I found in the store that has lavender, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and lot of other great spices in it. Any kid of roasted chicken herb combo will work!
