Crunchy salad

I made a great salad for lunch today.
It's not like you need directions on how to throw a bunch of stuff into a bowl...but I thought I'd share!


What I used:

Mixed greens (about 2 cups)
1 piece of chicken chopped up (i sprinkled garlic powder on it)
red pepper chopped
carrots, chopped
red onion, chopped
crumbled Blue Cheese
handful of dried cranberries
handful of walnuts
champagne vinaigrette

throw it all in a big bowl an toss with the dressing!!

I just think it was a great salad, because it has sweet form the red pepper and cranberries and salty from the cheese and chicken.
The warm chicken wilted some of the greens which was nice too!!

Yay easy healthy FILLING lunch!!
