loaded vodka sauce pizza

so this one I made up myself with leftovers. We were so hungry i completely forgot to take a picture until it was all gone! HA HA!!

What you need:
1 pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup of vodka sauce
1 piece of grilled chicken cut into chunks
1/4 cup caramelized red onion
4-5 cloves of roasted garlic
2 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
2 slices asiago cheese (they do sell it sliced!!)
1/2 cup shredded cheese ( i used Mexican blend)
fresh basil leaves

pre heat your oven to 400 degrees

take your pizza crust and brush it with olive oil, salt and garlic powder
add your sauce, being sure to get it to the edges
then start layering all your other ingredients ending with the cheeses (not using the basil til its cooked though!)

pop in the oven on the rack for about 12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy

Add the basil leaves and serve it up!

Slice it up and enjoy!!

***the idea behind this is to use all leftovers, that's what makes it quick and easy, you can grill the chicken, caramelize the onion etc, but then you'll be spending like an hour of time prepping!! i had sauce left over from pasta night, and I always make some chicken for the week.  I hope you enjoy this great pizza!!***
